Services
We have extensive experience in IT Architecture, Design, Implementation and Management.
We don’t have a rigid view of which project management/ architecture/ operations framework methodology is “best”, instead we try to take a pragmatic view of your environment and adapt whatever methodology you prefer or recommend something in consultation with your needs.
In fact, we’re not big fans of the term “Best Practice” that so many consultants and vendors love to use. We’ve seen it used way too many times as a means to avoid work or end a discussion – it’s just too arrogant and seems to assume that “it” is best for you without really knowing your industry/technologies/needs at given point-in-time. “Good Practice” and “Appropriate Practice” are more useful terms that may better describe what process/ technology/ solution/ product/etc is going to fit your situation.
